Grilled Peaches with Honey Ricotta

The perfect summertime dessert.

Hellim watermelon bites


4 peaches, halved and pitted

8 oz nor ricotta

2 tbsp local honey, plus more for drizzling

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Chopped pistachios or pecans (optional)


Whisk together ricotta and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat grill or grill pan to medium high. Grill peaches 3-4 minutes per side, until slightly softened and lightly charred.

Spoon or pipe ricotta mixture into peach halves. Drizzle with extra honey, and top with a dash of cinnamon or sprinkle of nuts, if desired.


* Ricotta honey mixture can be done ahead of time and covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
