Marinated Hellim with Sundried Tomatoes

Marinated hellim with sun-dried tomatoes makes a beautiful and colorful make ahead appetizer



16 oz hellim (original or hot pepper), cut into bite size cubes

2 cloves minced garlic

1-2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes 

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

2 tablespoons minced fresh basil

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil



Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well, Cover and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.



* Skewer each hellim bite with a cherry tomato for a beautiful presentation.
