Grilled Hellim

Hellim is a grilling cheese at heart - slice it, grill it, eat it and repeat.

Chicken Hellim Pasta

Ingredients:

8oz hellim

1tbsp oil

Lemon (optional)

Directions:

Rinse brine from hellim, pat dry, and slice hellim into 1cm thick slices. Brush hellim slices with oil and grill over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes per side, or until cheese has grill marks and is warmed through.

Remove from grill, sprinkle with lemon juice if desired, and enjoy.

Notes:

* You can marinate the hellim in olive oil with lemon juice or your favorite marinade before grilling for a flavorful twist on this classic
